The background has a quarter moon with a star ornament hanging from the tip. three stenciled snowflakes, & dots of falling snow. The hanging star is enhanced using DeoArt Galaxy Glitter Ice Comet; the glitter is in the paint & won’t make a mess. Over the Moon Bear Ornament has a green background; the bear is wearing a red striped scarf & a garland of Christmas greens & berries on his head. His eyes are so expressive!
