The background color will be the surface you place it on, or clear if you place it on a window. Please see the picture for the decal sizes & colors available. If any other sizes are desired, please contact me & I will work with you. If your order from this listing is $14 or more, I will ship it USPS & provide a tracking number (approx. 2-5 business days). However, & in order to keep the cost low, if your order is under $14, the decals will be mailed via regular USPS mail with no tracking available (approx. 2-6 business days).
