Forever 21 Black Lace Upcycled Festival, Wedding, Fun Party Skirt Unique One of a Kind Festival Lace Skirt I made & wore for Food Service Crew San Diego SGK 3-Day many years ago. It is made from an elastic waist Forever 21 front wrap skirt. I added a ruffle tail piece to the back with lots of hematite heart beads. The materials were bought at the local thrift store that gives all sales back to the community! The beads I had. Each of the pieces is sewn on separately to the base skirt & has an elastic waist. Size when laid out flat, the waist measures 24 inches unstretched & 32 inches stretched. The length from top to bottom is shortest in front is 14 inches, top to bottom of the tail in back is 34 inches. It will need to be taken out of the shipping box right away once you receive it. Give it a good shake. The edges are raw unfinished. It is unlined.
