Using a selection of quality printed cotton fabrics from classic designs to modern & fun, each item is filled with English Organic wheat & a choice of English organic lavender, organic Egyptian chamomile or unscented. Order will be dispatched via Fedex or Evri Size 12cm x 25cm Can be used warm or chilled for comfort. Warm in the microwave to use as a heat pack. Chill in the freezer for cooling effect. Please note that colours shown may differ when viewed on different monitors, screens, or apps. Please note pattern / fabric placement may vary due to items being made by hand. Instructions for use To warm: Place wheat bag in the centre of a microwave & distribute wheat evenly. Heat gently in a microwave in increments of 30 seconds until warm. Do not over-heat or leave unattended when heating. Remove from the microwave caution as contents may be hot shake again to distribute the wheat. When the wheat is dry, place a cup or bowl of water in with the wheat bag to reduce overheating. Leave to cool in a safe area. Do not reheat or store the bag until it has completely cooled. Important - do not use as a bed warmer or add essentials oils. To chill: Pop in a sealable freezer bag & place in fridge-freezer for approximately 2-4 hours. Use as a cool pack.
