All Cryptid Colors Paints are made with a homemade watercolor binder consisting of gum arabic, glycerin, honey, & distilled water. Paint consistency is susceptible to being inconsistent due to the weather & season. Paints are cured for a minimum of 8 days before being listed, so they will be hard upon receiving. Our paints are very easy & fast to re-wet! If they are soft due to weather conditions during travel, place them in the fridge for 3-5 minutes to firm back up. Store in a cool, dry place.
