Square wire rings for this kit are 16swg 15/64 size. Please note: Anodized titanium may fade at the place where you bend the ring. When you twist the ring to open it, you are disrupting the light refraction at the bend on the surface of the titanium (which is created when the ring is anodized). It is mostly unavoidable so try to open it as little as possible to minimize this effect. - These titanium SQUARE WIRE links are something I had manufactured custom for Steampunk Garage. I’ve longed to add an industrial edge to my titanium pieces. So working together with Whitneymaille, Josh & I finally managed to get square wire milled to make these glorious rings. Each one is hand-cut by Joshua Diliberto so you know they have no burrs or sharp edges & close up like buttah! RAW Silver Titanium - www.Joshuadiliberto.com BLACK Titanium - www.Whitneymaille.com How hard is it to bend? It is Grade 2 titanium, so it is almost exactly the same as bending 16swg stainless steel. The wire thickness is equivalent to 16swg (1.8mm) thickness (like the old square TRL wire with soft edges). It anodizes SUPER BRIGHT even with a cold etch. Rings will arrive clean, tumbled, & ready-to-weave! Grade 2 Titanium is commercially pure & bio-compatible. 100% Allergy Free!
