First & foremost is imperative that you do not put them in the dishwasher because the wooden plate will absorb all the water itself & will not be able to dry out quickly as a glass. The fibres on their own will be destroyed, & it will be useless over a short period of time. Also, do not don’t reheat in the microwave because that will hurt the fibres of the food. Refrigeration - Do not keep it packed with food in the fridge because it is not healthy for wood Tip- After washing with hot water with washing liquid, avoid leaving it in the rack to drip on its own to dry completely. Wipe dry, & with your hand due to the natural & porous aspect of the wood, plates might develop a patina over time when it’s always moistened.
