If you have any problems with your order, please contact me to fix. HOW TO ORDER: For turnaround times, please contact me in Etsy messages before ordering. Turnaround times range from 5-20 business days depending on number of orders. 1. Place your order to secure your place in studio. 2. Pick your setting(s): - Free complimentary item(s): Banners, Wreaths, Solid backgrounds (Colours can be customized) - Full background is additional $25 - Minimal background is additional $15 Note: Minimal background is a maximum of 3 items. (example: Sofa/ rug/ lamp, or Wine bottle/ wine glasses/ balloons) 3. Send me a clear picture of the person(s), pets, or yourself through Etsy messages. Please make sure they are clear. The more pictures the better. Do not recommend social media pics as quality is reduced. 4. Provide details: - Poses (Standing, sitting, etc.) - Heights of individuals - Eye colours or makeup changes - Outfit changes (if applicable) - Background details (if applicable) 5. Once all info is gathered, I begin the work! Within the week I will send a progress picture outlining the basic skeleton for which you can make any changes. I allow for this 1x & then proceed into colouring. Once the drawing is final, I will send for approval to which I can send the final image to an email address or upload for download.
