Beautiful Old Chinese Thermos. Vintage thermos Golden Dragon, Made in China, with aluminum handle, chrome lid, glass lined. Thermos for hot & cold drinks manufactured in China in the 70’s of the last century. Designed to store cold or hot beverages. Inside there is a vacuum flask made of glass, capable of preserving hot or cold liquid for about 48 hours, when filled to the top. Dimensions: Height: 39 cm / 15.4 inches Diameter of the base: 13 cm / 5.1 inches Diameter of the lid: 8 cm / 3.1 inches The liter capacity of this thermos is 2 liters. It weighs: 1.033 kilograms unpacked. The thermos is in good vintage condition. It can still be used. CAUTION! Handle with care. When filled with hot liquid, always wait for a minute or two before screwing the lid. When filled with ice cubes, always fill the flask first to the half with water, to avoid damaging the glass. It is recommended that before pour boiling drink in a thermos to put some warm water & shake well. Perfect for football tailgating, fall picnicking, concerts, camping, and, of course, soup.
