This is what gives this tonic syrup it’s the beautiful amber hue & natural refreshing flavour. Bermondsey Tonic has been designed to be mixed with carbonated water. Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Citric Acid, Cinchona ( Natural Quinine). Alcohol not included. To serve mix soda & gin over ice, top up with 20ml measure of Bermondsey Tonic Syrup. Gentle stir & garnish.
