This item has a long shelf life & will keep perfectly well for 2-3 months. It needs to be stored in a cool, dry place. Please do not keep it in the fridge or freezer as this will cause it to soften. Also, avoid airtight containers as this can also cause softening. Items are posted in cardboard mailers & will be fine to be stored in this away from sunlight until needed.
