Shake vigorously or place the stem between your hands & rub hand together causing a twisting motion. White fuzz may float away from them stem. Hold the flower from the bottom of the stem & turn upside down. Spray the flower generously with hairspray. Shake Turn the flower right side up & spray again generally with hairspray.
