A workbasket to contain your needlework, sewing or other craft items. Made using traditional Shaker methods of steam bending & using characteristic swallow tail joints & copper tack fastening. Tops & bottoms are fitted individually to each box using wooden pegs making a tight & secure fit. Equipped with a made to measure removable tray for smaller items such as cotton reels scissors etc & a larger compartment below for wool, work in progress etc. A taller than normal box for greater capacity & better stability when carrying with the wooden handle, suspended by copper rivets.
