All signs are made to order & handcrafted, therefore may have some slight variations. All wood is handpicked, hand painted & stained by us. There may be natural imperfections in the wood, which we do not consider as flawed, but adds to the character & uniqueness of each sign - making no two signs alike. PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING: Our rustic farmhouse style frames are hand cut using sanded pine wood, & hand stained in your choice of Light, Dark, Black, or Weathered Gray Stain. Backings are painted in bright white satin with hand painted black satin lettering. Each sign is assembled with wood glue & brad nails to ensure durability. sealed with a protective, non yellowing & UV resistant finish for a lifetime of use in your home. sawtooth hanging hardware attached to back for easy hanging. sizes are measured in inches by outer frame. Some sizes may not be available for a specific design If you would like custom colors, or other customization, please message us prior to purchasing. Turnaround time is currently 10-14 business days + shipping time. If you need a rush order, please message us before ordering to make sure we can complete your order in time. Due to order volume, all signs CAN take up to 3-4 weeks. However we typically process orders within 2 weeks + the shipping time. Each item is carefully packaged & shipped by USPS. We always use priority shipping, but some deliveries may be delayed & are completely out of our control once the package is no longer in our hands. Tracking is provided once your order has shipped. We do not accept returns, or issue refunds UNLESS the item is delivered to you flawed. Please send pictures & we will send a replacement.
