I designed my mesh bags to help you eliminate single use plastic from your shopping life! Also great for backyard harvesting of your home grown vegetables. Wash right in the bag, & into the fridge for storage. in the grocery store, or at the farmers market, we can use reusable bags to purchase & carry home our fruits & vegetables, then reuse & reuse! I have used some attractive fabric at the top to make the drawstring easily slide through & at the bottom of the mesh to give the bag more strength & durability. Each bag is made individually. Being green & living without so many disposable products doesn’t mean being boring! I make these using lots of different fabrics so you can pick & choose what you want to use any given day. The mesh does stretch a bit, too, making these bags even more versatile! The cord I use for the drawstring is strong & slides easily. Each bag weighs less than an ounce so will not add measurably to the cost of the produce you are buying if sold by weight. I double sew all the seams both in the mesh & where the mesh & fabric meets for extra durability. Note: These are also great for travel & for gentle item washing! Need a set if two?
