This reproduction of Canterbury Shaker Village’s Velvet Dome Box is made by hand from start to finish - in the same way the Shakers made them. The box is solid cherry. The band is steamed & hand wrapped around a mold after the overlap finger has been hand carved. Copper tacks are then used to secure the band. The velvet dome is a black velvet pincushion. (picture appears brighter) 5 long by 3 wide by 4 tall Ships in 1-2 weeks Each velvet dome box is stamped & hand signed by the artist. Hang tag with description attached.
