(Ucal) The top has perforated holes to enable the powder to be shaken on the floor. The holes have old sellotape over them. There is some powder in the tin ? how much. The base has impressed to the centre PACA Liverpool. I haven’t been able to find out much about their products, except that in 1904 Harold Miller of Sheffield encouraged a group of local pharmacists to form an association to make their own products. The facility was set up in Cheltenham. Era: 1930’s The tin is in good vintage condition, with the graphics largely intact. The top & bottom of tin have wear & tear, marks & discolouration.
