Queen quilt in reds, greens & creams This queen quilt really makes a statement! This elegant quilt is made from one line of Moda fabrics. The coordinated fabrics include small, medium & large floral prints, tone-on-tone prints, & a gorgeous paisley print. The featured star block is the classic Ohio Star design, which dates from 1935. The alternate blocks show off the beautiful Moda fabrics. It is quilted in an overall leaf pattern in a variegated red & green thread. The back is a cream tone-on-tone fabric. Size: 95 x 95 (242 cm x 242 cm) If desired, & at no extra cost, Lynn will add a label to the back of the quilt, written to your specifications. For example: For Jane & John Doe on the occasion of your marriage, [date], from Mom & Dad Smith. Quiltmaker information could also be included if desired. The label will be hand-written in permanent ink on fabric & sewn by hand to a bottom corner on the back of the wall hanging. Contact Lynn at the shop with your instructions. Care of your quilt: This quilt may be too large to wash in a home washer & may need to be professionally laundered. It should not be dry cleaned. Pass on these instructions to your cleaner: Wash in cool water (no bleach). Do not let it sit wet. Gently shake out the quilt before putting it in the dryer. Dry at a low temperature. It is a good idea to periodically take the quilt out of the dryer & adjust it so it dries evenly. Shipped insured, signature may be required.
