All glasses are personalised with the name & role of the wedding party or for hen parties, birthdays & celebrations just the name, please let me know in the personalisation section what you would like. All glasses are hand-wash only due to the vinyl lettering. A cleaning note will be added to all orders. Glass measurements are H23 x W5 x D5cm. IMPORTANT INFO: Ordering Please ensure you have double checked spelling, as once received I will print exactly as requested. Postage Order processing time 2-3 weeks. If you need this sooner please send me a message before ordering so I can let you know if this is possible. I send all items 2nd Class Royal Mail. If you require quicker delivery then delivery upgrades are available to select. Breakages All items are very well packaged but unfortunately, breakages can happen. To help me send a replacement out to you quickly, I recommend on delivery that all items are checked. Any breakages should be notified to me with photographic evidence within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. I will then arrange a replacement for the item.
