Words will be size altered to fit the glass therefore longer words will shrink slightly. Please note: this design only includes personalisation of the name & age, other wordings will not be included unless a custom order has been placed. This is not to be difficult, this is only because sometimes the wordings are too long/will not fit on glass so alterations have to be made, so if you do have a special request please contact us directly :). Ordering multiple flutes? You only need to pay one lot of postage per order - add each flute to your basket individually with the correct personalisation & once all the flutes you wish to purchase are in your basket, checkout & pay all together & you should only be charged one lot of postage! Care instructions: As the design is vinyl, it is advised that the glasses are hand wash only at low temperatures. Breakages: All of our items come well packaged but unfortunately, breakages can occasionally happen. To help us send replacements quickly, if your product is broken please send us a picture of the breakage on the day of delivery.
