These personalised champagne flutes make the perfect addition to your wedding or hen party. These can be personalised with any text & colour. All glasses are hand-wash only due to the vinyl lettering. A cleaning note will be added to all orders. All of our products are hand made & created by our in house team based in the UK. We can accommodate all types of personalisation requests, please just message us before the order is placed if the customisation is unusual so we can discuss all of the options available. DETAILS Please add your personalisation in the detailed box All items are very well packaged but unfortunately, breakages can happen. To help us send a replacement out to you quickly, I recommend on delivery that all items are checked. Any breakages should be notified to me with photographic evidence within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. I will then arrange a replacement for the item free of charge. DELIVERY INFORMATION We use a different range of couriers depending on the sizes & weight of the package. We use a tracked service for this product so we can make sure your package is safe on its way to you. At times there can be delays with couriers. We will do everything in our power to chase & resolve any issues but please remember it can be out of our hands at times. You are welcome to also contact the courier to chase them if delays occur. We are aware you might not always be at home to receive your item. The courier will reattempt delivery up to 3 times before the item is sent back to us.
