Our old english brass cabinet handles are the perfect hardware choice for any shaker style kitchen that wants to add a rich warm english charm. They are hand cast from solid bass, brushed to achieve a matt satin appearance & then aged individually to give a natural golden antique patina. We do not lacquer our brass & bronze so these handles will naturally dull down & age even further over time. Perfect with kitchen restorations & furniture renovation. Knobs are sold complete with M4 fixing bolt & drawer pulls with matching traditional slotted wood screws. FIxINGS Knobs are sold complete with M4 fixing bolts (25mm & 40mm snap bolts) & all other handles with matching brass wood screws. CARE GUIDE We do not lacquer our brass & bronze so these handles will naturally dull down & age over time. To keep clean wipe with a warm damp cloth & dry immediately, do not use any chemicals on brass or bronze handles as this will damage the finish. INSTALLING YOUR HANDLES Please ensure pilot holes are drilled to the appropriate thread size before fitting these handles. Drilling a hole too small could result in the screw being forced which could also result in snapped screw heads. Brass is a very soft metal which when forced can break easily, especially in hardwood cabinets. You can also apply a screw wax to the screw thread before installing to help guide the screw into the wood.
