Set your iron to its highest heat setting. 2. On a hard surface, position your patch. 3. Place a pressing cloth (you can use a cotton pillowcase or handkerchief) between the patch & the iron. Press the iron downward & hold it in place firmly for 1-3 minutes (iron quality varies). 4. Once the patch is affixed to the fabric, turn the item of clothing inside out & lay it flat on your ironing board. Position the pressing cloth over the reverse side of the patch & repeat step three. After repeating step three, work your iron around the edge of the patch, pressing firmly & lifting before moving. Once the patch is securely attached to the garment, allow it to cool completely before wearing.
