This sophisticated quilted table runner has a modern look with batik prints in warm, neutral shades of brown, gold, taupe, & gray, with a little bit of green, & cream backgrounds. The prints include leaves, scrolls, & a small square print with cream colored cobblestone background prints. The size is approximately 14 X 55 - a versatile size for use on a dining table, coffee table, or a bedroom dresser. I machine-quilted a flowing meander in cream thread. On the back I used the small leaf print used in some of the blocks on the front. The binding is doubled for durability, sewn on by machine & hand-stitched to the back for a nice, clean finish. Warm & White cotton batting was used. Easy care - vacuum or shake off periodically to remove any dust. If cleaning is needed, wash gently in cold water; tumble dry on low (or air dry to reduce shrinkage). The fabrics & batting are 100% cotton. Made by me in my smoke-free home.
