We cannot ship until we receive a cleared payment confirmation. Item will be secured in a 200lb test carton with bubble wrap dunnage. RETURM POLICY The following items can’t be returned or exchanged. Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for: -Items on sale -Digital downloads -Custom or personalized orders -Perishable products (like food or flowers) -Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) If what you ordered is not one of the types listed above then I will gladly accept returns & exchanges. Contact me within 5 days of delivery. Item in question must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. CONDITIONS OF RETURNS: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to customer error. Should the error be due to the shops error shipping costs will be the responsibility of the shop. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
