After you’ve placed your order allow 5-7 business days for your rug to be washed & groomed. Once your rug has shipped, you will receive a tracking number with & estimated delivery date -usual shipping times are about 5-7 business days. Are your rugs vintage? Yes. I curate them with great care & only handpick pieces in very good condition. Moroccan rugs are handmade & handwoven & you might see irregularities in color (slight discoloration), size (uneven edges), pile (natural wear) etc. My detailed product pictures should give you a true feeling for the rug & at the same time show any irregularities. NOTE: computer screens may generate different color nuances, especially natural colored wool rugs, like Beni Ourain/Azilal may appear more white on your screen(s). It is difficult to properly describe the natural wool color, but vintage undyed sheep wool is never pure white or cream. I’d say it is rather beige, sometimes with a golden/ yellow touch: think sheep :) What about returns? ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Frequently shake out your rug and/or vacuum with the brush beat off. Small stains can be spot cleaned with water, mild shampoo & a dry white cloth.
