You are looking at wrought black Iron Wine Caddie by Woodbridge by Robert Monday. It was disbrituted by Georgia Baskets, Inc. It still has the tag attached to it. I wonder if it was ever used. Size about: 16 tall x 10 3/4 long x 4. So it would sit on your counter top. It has black leaves across the bottom on both sides. Legs are curled & the top handle has 4 curled hanging from the handle.
