My blueberry bread is a quick bread that doesn’t take to long to make. When blueberries are fresh, I prefer to use them, but I will also use frozen blueberries when they aren’t in season. I add a touch of lemon zest into the bread batter to put a light citrus flavor into the bread & really make those blueberries pop. Great for breakfast or a lightly sweetened snack, I recommend eating within a week of delivery, & placing in the fridge in a warmer house. Each order contains one loaf. Lemon Blueberry Bread
