PRODUCT DETAILS: Balloon: 1 jumbo latex balloon (shipped flat) 36 inches in diameter 1 clip to seal the balloon Tassel Tail Comes completely assembled with a little bit of ribbon at the top Grab that ribbon & shake the tail quite a bit to fluff it up! Attach to the balloon with the ribbon If ordering the confetti balloon Confetti: First add a little bit of air to the balloon to help make the confetti stick Then fill the rest of the way with helium Rub some material around the outside of the balloon (I think nylon works the best) to get the confetti to stick Tassel Tail Options: Option 1: The tail is handmade & made from white, pink tissue paper & metallic rose gold sheet Option 2: The tail is handmade & made from pink, cinnamon tissue paper & metallic rose gold sheet Option 3 is very similar to a rose gold sparkly door curtain Option 4 are tassels from a tassel garland that you tie on to a string. One inch apart for fuller tail & 2-3 inches apart for a longer, more minimalized tail.
