These glasses are custom made upon ordering & since they are all hand painted, no two are exactly the same. Each glass is made-to-order. Glass is baked to ensure paint is hand washable No returns or exchanges Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders Items on sale But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I try to recycle packaging materials where possible. I do provide a tracking number for your order. If your tracking number states that your item was delivered, but you don’t have it in hand, you will need to contact your local USPS postal worker.
