At Ragnarok Designs all of our furniture is designed, engineered & built to last a lifetime. This industrial reclaimed style bench with X shaped legs is robust & sturdy & creates a simple & cost effective seating solution to complement rustic industrial style dining tables. The legs are made from 25 x 50cm box section 2mm thick steel. The bench legs are fully welded & feature extra wide fixing plates which are attached with metal inserts & industrial grade bolts providing a mechanical fixing method that is more robust than using screws. The tops are 35mm thick solid wood which has been sanded smooth although the natural markings & industrial/reclaimed character has been retained. The wood is finished in premium furniture wax which stains & protects the wood & is available in a wide variety of colours. We use threaded furniture inserts & industrial grade fixings. Everything is colour coded for an easy & intuitive assembly & all the fixings are provided, you just need a 10mm spanner to tighten the bolts.
