This is a gorgeous piece of history! It’s a water goblet from McKee & Brother’s Royal line (OMN) that was also known as Selby. This glass was made in the 1870’s & was featured in the 1880 McKee Catalogue. It always amazes me that a piece of glass can survive so long, so well. It is in overall very good condition, especially for its age. There are rough seams in some spots & the stem itself, where the edges would have been sharp, they are more smooth from years of handling. There are scratches & there are cased bubbles. I see nor feel no actual chips. There is a weird little cooling line towards the bottom, through the design. It is felt from the outside, but not the inside. I think this is a manufacturing mark & not representative of damage. (See pics 8-9) It is 6 tall, 3 3/8 across the top & 3 across the bottom. It holds about 8 oz of your favorite beverage.
