A couple of a week back, I found myself in a bit of a slump. I was over thinking everything, feeling down & scrolling none stop, I couldn’t shake this dark cloud off. Whilst feeding my daughter, I looked at her & thought, ‘This should be one of the happiest moments of my life’ why do I feel so down. I decided to start journaling the next day, I wanted to start the day with a moment of calm, reflection & gratitude for the present moment I was in. It started with a few notes on my pc but as they days went on I realised how many small but sweet memories I was collecting & how much pressure had eased off when I decided to focus on 3 tasks only for the day.
