All products are handmade with love & care, but resin will almost always have miniscule bubbles or slight imperfections. I will never sell an obviously defected product, but please be aware that they may not be perfect. If the product has obvious imperfections, I will label it B grade & you will have the option to choose if you’ll accept it or I will remake the product! Resin also does yellow over time, but this process can be mostly avoided if kept out of excessive UV/sunlight. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, but please contact me if there is a problem & I can try to fix it. Replacements or refunds will not be issued after items are received in good condition as I do check for quality before shipping, but contact me immediately if the product arrives defected. Care Instructions: Resin shakers, like glass or acrylic charms, are susceptible to scratches & breaking (although they are quite sturdy, so a couple of accidental drops should be no problem).
