This shaker style country table is hand made from reclaimed lumber from an old house I remodeled. It has a single drawer in the front & tapered legs & is constructed using traditional woodworking techniques. The base is painted & then lightly distressed to yield an slight aged appearance. The table top is made from solid red oak & has walnut stain. The drawer knob stained to match the table top. The base is coated with a clear acrylic to prevent ambering/yellowing. The top finish is oil-based polyurethane for a durable finish.
