These 2 unusual reversible placemats are made in a crazy quilt style pattern using colorful fall colors. They are 5-sided making them even more unique. Each placemat measures 16.5 X 16.5. The set also includes 2 coasters in a leaf shape made out of scrappy green fabrics. The entire set was constructed using 100% cotton quilt-shop quality fabrics. The placemats were made by using the quilt as you go technique on colorful fall backing fabric with cotton batting in between & using a neutral thread. The backing is very colorful & pretty so flip them over for a completely different look! They were finished with a hand-sewn binding in orange on one placemat & brown on the other. The coasters were made in a patchwork design, cut into leaf shapes, layered with cotton batting & solid piece of green fabric, sewn, turned & closed.
