Its heavy-duty aluminised steel construction is strong and hardwearing, while warp resistant under high temperatures in the oven up to 260C/500F. It is safe to use metal utensils on the pan without causing damage or scratches due to its high abrasion resistance, and is suitable for use in the fridge, freezer and dishwasher although hand wash is recommended to maintain the pans finish.
