This shade is a stunning piece. It is very tactile with the white design being very tactile like sugar & is very old probably 1950 or 1960 Looks great as a ceiling light but could be used on a lamp I can only say study the photos to see it’s beauty. Though the quality of the pattern & fluting can’t be seen its so much better in real life It is quite heavy much thicker glass than similar ones I have listed.
