Step 2: Determine from which side of the tube the bottom of the pampas grass stems are showing. Step 3: Very slowly & gently pull on the bottom of the pampas grass stems to remove from tube. Do NOT pull by the fluffy portion. Step 4: Gently shake out each pampas grass stem outdoors. Step 5: Pampas grass must be gently shaken & left to dry (preferably in the sun) for a few days to be fully fluffy. Note that this is a natural 100% organic product so the color may vary slightly from the pictures.
