Umbrella part approx 3.5 in diameter, stick choices 3-1/2 in, 6-1/2 in. I can do 8 in also for cupcakes or bouquets. Choose 6.5 & let me know you need 8 inch sticks. The slightly higher price for them is due to needing a larger box to ship them in so it actually is the extra postage built in.
