Here is a gorgeous & rare Sterling Silver cocktail Funnel/Wine Bottle Opener/Corkscrew made by R.Blackington of N Attleboro, MA. It is marked Sterling just below the rim & also is stamped R&B CO which stands for R. Blackinton. The corkscrew & holder are silver plate. They were known for their well made Sterling items. This was made in the 1910’s & it is gorgeous! It can be pulled apart & used as a funnel, the end is a bottle opener. And, the bottle opener unscrews from the stem & there is a corkscrew! The corkscrew is still sharp! The corkscrew measures approximately 3.5 long. The funnel is 2 5/8 by 3 1/8 by 1 3/8. It is in very good vintage condition with only one slight indentation. It has been lightly polished but should sparkle if so desired to polish it more. Please look at the photos closely as they are part of the description.
